day 8 and WOAH!
The worst day of my water fast!
It was horrible, like couldnt drink any water as was vomiting it back up but felt so dehydrated. So I decided to switch to a water + sugarfree lemonade fast. I know this is not ideal but it made me feel SO much better and I could keep the lemonade down. I needed to feel better as I work full-time, although its not a very active job, at the begginning of the day before I drank the lemonade I was finding it extremely difficult and just wanted to go home but knew there was no point as tomorrow I would be feeling the same if not worse.
I also wanted to ask do you think this will affect my weight loss, what should I expect to lose in 28 days? I heard that on a water-only fast you can expect to lose 1 pound per day (I really wanted more), is this the same for this type of fast? I have lost 15
pounds so far and was thinking that if it is 1 pound a day on average because I have lost almost 2
pounds a day up till now, will I now only lose like half a pound a day because if so that is really really dissapointing.
