Re: Very worried about breast symptoms - please read.

When my FBD was at it's worst, I noticed some nipple discharge even after I'd stopped breast feeding and years after. The gyn assured me that it was nothing to be concerned about it was normal breast fluid, it was clear. She advised me not to keep checking as it would simply encourage it. Still years after, I had this discharge -- very slight although I had to express it to get it. I later found out it was a common symptom of FBD, Iodine deficiency and sluggish thyroid. Then a couple of years ago, I noticed the discharged was yellowish to green. It really freaked me out. I've since gotten back on iodoral and discharge is very, very minimal about the size of the letter "o" here and it is clear and it doesn't appear to come out of all ducts, and the other breast has even less discharge. Now it has taken a while on iodoral (9 months to a year) and some pretty heavy detox symptoms, but my FBD is almost completely resolved.
