You're welcome - and thank you for the confirmation. I've noticed a trend with a few people. Not everyone, mind you - but there are some who want us to answer when they say:

"just tell me how much to take" (I've had family do that).

WE cannot do that here. We do the best we can by being as clear as possible, but ultimately THEY must take responsibility by reading the info given, so that they can make an informed decision.

After all, it is their body.
