when my daughter was born she was pretty much bald. she also had cradle cap. i did what the doctor told me too but it took forever to go away. years later i read that a biotin defeciency can cause cradle cap.(it can also make your hair grow--yes! it really does. so look up foods that contain biotin and see if she likes any of those) anywayy, i thought my daughter would always have thin hair like me. she didnt even have enough hair to put a teeny ribbon in it. when she was 8yrs old i had to use those real little tiny pony tail holders. but right after she started her period for the first time, i noticed that her hair was getting thicker. by the time she was 14yrs old her hair was so long and thick she hated it. lol i loved it. it was beautiful and still is. long, thick, wavy hair just like her dad. thank goodness!! so dont judge how her hair is right now when shes little. my daughter was bald for the longest time and now she has the most beautiful hair i have ever seen on a woman. time will tell, dont worry. signed a mother who shouldnt have worried so much =)
