I watched the video this morning. The way he makes it, you should end up with 32 ounces of solution. A volume of 32 ounces = 946 ml. If you used 1.5 ounces of iodine crystals, that's 42.6 grams of iodine. 42.6 grams iodine divided by 946 ml solution gives you 4.5% Lugol's, which is 5.6 mg iodine/iodide per drop. If you filled the quart jar all the way past the 32-oz line, then round down to 5 mg per drop. If the final brown solution line was at or below the 32-oz line, round up to 6 mg per drop.
