I have been using JC Crows 2% solution for a very long time. I was up to 20 drops morning / 20 drops at night using the vertical method (mixing w/coconut oil). I never had a problem with sleeping.
I just mixed a home batch of 4% solution. I am taking 9 drops in the morning and 9 drops at night w/coconut oil.
I could not sleep all night. HELP, does this mean that JC Crows 2% was weaker or that this 4% solution is that much stronger.
