I have actually taken these barley tablets, not at all expensive, and they relieve pain and give energy, it's amazing. One testimony there is about a woman with FM who found relief with the tabs.
I had terribly debilitating pain from something they call athlete's arthritis...and still will, if I don't take something. Right now, I eat mostly fresh organic produce, except I got a bladder infection and was eating like lentils and stuff, cooked (2 much is fattening), and usually walk an hour daily, and drink the cleanest water I can.

If you have a few thousand dollars, yippee, you can get a Kangen water machine, and it will get alkaline water to your cells in a hurry, and heal much of your problems, from what I have read about it.
