Re: Nightmares and Hypoglycemia

I was going to post an update about it in a few days, but so far it's been interesting.

The first day I took it, I cut the gelcap and stuck the toothpick in, and just ate what was on the toothpick with a meat meal. After about 20-30 minutes, I started feeling buzzed and weird. After several more minutes, I feel my energy levels climbing. They started climbing so high I had to expend some of it, which is outside my usual abilities lately. Even after I expended it, my energy levels were still climbing. I felt all bug eyed. I got close to having anxiety, but I was fine. I had to eat three hours later, blood Sugar was 66. I felt really good during that high energy, better than I have in a long time.

The next day I took it three times with meals (still with the toothpick), but didn't notice any effect really.

The next day after that I took it with the toothpick with almost every meal and didn't notice much again.

The day before yesterday I took it a few times in the day, then at night, 9PM, I decided to try two toothpick amounts with my meal. So I ate a few spoonfuls of meat, then put the two toothpick amounts on my tongue. Usually I cover it with meat immediately, but I was a little slow this time, and boom, it hit me hard instantly. I ate a few more spoonfuls and went to sit down. I felt overstimulated, but not in a good way like the first time. An hour later around 10PM my blood Sugar started dropping hard. I ate, then 10 minutes later it started dropping again so I ate again, then about 20 minutes again so I ate again, then about 40 minutes so I ate again then went to sleep. I got up an hour after I went to sleep to eat again, but I felt really strange in the top of my head and was thirsty. I ate, drank water then went to bed. I had what seemed like a seizure an hour maybe two later and was up again. Too much water or the hypoglycemia maybe. I woke up feeling weird.

So, yesterday, I took a break from it and from trying to eat plants, and just tried to balance my hydration levels which has been difficult lately. I overdid it yesterday with physical activity, taking a shower and cleaning myself up gets my heart rate to like 180 BPM, and messed my heart and hydration levels up again. Got it decent by midnight, but I woke up today with decent heart speed, but it's pounding hard.

Today I'm going to try taking the pantethine again. One toothpick amount today.

I think it's too early to make a judgement on what it's doing to me, but it seems like sometimes it makes me unable to feel when my blood Sugar is dropping. Other times it seems to increase or decrease the intervals between meals somewhat.

I guess we'll see what happens. What are your thoughts?

On an unrelated sidenote, I've been eating canned salmon and it doesn't mess with my blood sugar too much, has been helping greatly with my constant dizziness/vertigo, and I think it has been having a positive effect on my mood because I don't feel as depressed lately.
