I'm sure that by now you will have googled this subject and found loads of info from around the world. I found a good page of links to UT books on here too.

The UT books I'm reading again are by John Armstrong Coen Van Der Kroon and Martha Christy. I am gearing up to doing a one day fast of urine and water myself.
