Can someone please give me the basics or a website, etc. that will get me started?
I am a generally healthy person and I would like to use UT for general health.
I have these questions in particular:
- How much Urine should I drink per day?
- Is my assumption right, that I should use midstream morning urine?
- Are there any risks involved with UT?
- Is this something I can do long term?
- I have read that there's a version of UT, where you only take like a drop sublingually. Whats the difference between just a drop and a whole glass? Which is better?
