Do you have any left over ingredients that you could try incorporating one at a time? Whenever I introduce new things lately I always make sure to do it one at a time and wait a couple of days before I introduce the next thing. Since you said it took you three days to feel sick from it, I might add each new part every five days or so just to be sure.

So... Say you start with alfalfa.... Do that for five days and if all is well then add the next thing... And the next... Until you get sick. And then you will know, and at the least you will be able to get all of the other good stuff in you vs. having all of it in the toilet (which is obviously not doing you any good).

Also, once you find the piece that makes you throw up, maybe then you will be able to find an appropriate replacement for that part.
