Have always heard of probiotics, but've never been real big on taking any supplements. Although thanks to you, now I know I can achieve the same results by eating certain foods (dairy, fruits, vegetables, as you say, garlic, onions, etc) - though I'll look into it much further to insure I'm actually eating the "correct" type of food, of course.
So thanks once again for both tips: The probiotics and the other forums - never thought of wandering away from the "fasting" section. :)
