Everyone has their own way. Fruit for some, veg. for others, graduating a few days or a week on, to a little fish, (if one eats fish), maybe some grains like quinoa, say a nice quinoa tabouley....things easy on the digestion, and then things that give you a little fibre, because the good bacteria need fibre to repopulate. Your 'gut feeling' is probably going to serve you, since you sound pretty tuned in. I actually think your green juice was probably a good 'break', for you. You do want to get some probiotics in you, sometime soon. (I do this with cultured vegetables that I make myself. I'm not a manufactured 'supplements' person.)
A vegetable soup made with lots of organic vegetables is always a good idea,post-fast. You can drink just the broth, if you want to extend the breaking fast period. Live juices are always great. The important thing is to not overlap your eating, since you've done all the good work of water fasting, and don't want to burden your body with constant digestion. Leave space between "meals". Always think in term of high-water content plant-based as the bulk of what you eat. These are basic Natural Hygiene principles that have been around forever, and, like the proverbial wheel, are always being reinvented and called something new. :-)
