Re: Chlorella - is it any good for a candida sufferer?

I had so much faith in chlorella!
I started taking it very slowly (1/3 of a tea spoon) and for a few days felt great (increase energy)...but one day
it Hit me...and I felt terrible not to say horrible!

I had diziness, general malaise; it is hard to explain but it lasted a few weeks and it was very hawful...

My conclusion: it is very powerful!I would not recommend it to poeple with amalgams(my mouth is full)...
once yours will be removed, you might want to try it but start slow and go slow to make sure you tolerate it.

For me, chelation sounds very good in theory but it has the power to mess you up so much that i stay clar of it!

In the mean time, like Gibby said, drinking super green drinks full of chlorophyll might be the way to go to remove toxins!
