I got rid of most of my candida symptoms, for the most part, though my body's need for food is abnormally high, which is not fun (if I don't eat a lot, I lose energy, and if I continue to not eat, get dizzy, hungry, etc.). Other than that, I generally have a good energy level and mood. Candida may be on the way out.
Now, I have metal fillings in my teeth. I am going to get them removed by the end of the month. I hear chlorella may help with both candida and mercury.
But I also see all sorts of horror stories online about chlorella, how it made people feel a lot worse, messed them up for a while after they took it, how people had an intolerance to it, etc. I thought it was supposed to remove candida toxins, as well as mercury, from your body. But does it potentially have awful side effects? Should I mess with this stuff? I bought some, but haven't tried it yet.
If not, what else could I try that's safe?
