Hanna gave you very good advise, so I am only going to give you some words of encouragement here. The best thing you can do is to start educating yourself, go through the websites and see how you feel about them. I have a long history of very vague and indiscript illnesses, nothing major but many of them very discouraging to my everyday life. Most doctors did not really help, and unfortunately sometimes the alternatives only helped for a while as well. Nothing has helped me as much as various cleanses and flushes. I can also say that every one of my flushes has delivered good results, has been a pleasant surprise and I have felt better afterwards.
