Did your doctor by chance tell you how much B12 and zinc to take or are you doing it on your own? Since my doctors are clueless, they haven't provided me with anything except to take a pill for my depression. That's not happening.
If you could let us know your results with the shower bar you are using that would be helpful. I did see it advertised, but never bought it. I look forward to your response.
