Be light and breezy now!

Vaccines for a disease only come when that disease is on the decline. If the Gov. starting mass vaccinating people against the plague, and since vaccines can sometimes cause the disease they are ment to prevent, we when that start seeing more cases of the plague. Then it would be to obvious vaccines do more harm then good.
