A few years ago I was eating Stevia powder with pureed frozen blackberries and after 2 or 3 months of this I started to get loose bowels from it which took a month or two to go away after quitting it. I was then told that Stevia is a GI irritant to many. I'd never go near Stevia again.
I seem fine with only eating 2 lightly cooked eggs per week or some raw milk cheddar or a small tin of sardines per week. I see no need for more protein than this.
