I haven't been on the forum much lately but check in now and then. Uny if you are reading this I'm still doing GREAT! It has taken a very long time for me to get to a place where I feeling some real healing has taken place. I'm being very careful and will stay on this path and doing what it takes to continue this road of healing.
I have to say I'm still eating meat but much less of it. I'm still on a slippery slope and when I try to go without the protein I start sliding. I can NOT eat beans of any kind, they just tear my stomach up. I usually end up laying down in the fetal position until the pains ease.
I'm really at a loss for what to eat for breakfast. I find I'm eating the same things over and over and I know this isn't good. Can anyone give me some suggestions on morning meals? I do saute a lot of veggies sometimes with eggs, I eat oatmeal and Ezeikiel toast. I will have some almond butter or nuts with whatever I'm eating. I need more variety any suggestions?? Thanks!
