I've had excellent experiences with homeopathy. This has been from one practitioner using an approach called Field Control Therapy. I had very clear and painful symptoms which went away in spiral fashion after a series of treatments. Recently I've been doing a long parasite and liver cleanse over nine months and experienced for myself how parasites drop their mercury and the yeast rises as the parasites die. The homeopathy is great for getting rid of mercury floating about so that will be my next step. And what I really like is that it's very bespoke, support the organs most in need of help as part of the cleanse. Each time I do a protocol I get a classic die-off, enough to tolerate, and then I feel better. I can't understand how people, especially scientists, condemn things without trying them - surely Science is about trying to understand the as yet not understood.
