Re: NEED HELP. 5'6'' 104lbs

This is where it's important to 'go within', and put a little fence around your fasting mind. (to keep the nibblers away: picture a young tree with tender leaves, and lots of passing grazers.) Rest as much as possible, breathe with attention, and encourage family to be at peace and read from the soil and health library if they are fearful.

If -when you break- your body says it wants clear vegetable broth, I would give it that. I like veg. broth with nettles, and lots of garlic. it can taste like heaven. That would be a rather gentle introduction, and loaded with lots of minerals...

Then sometime later you could have some fresh juice to get the enzymes and the raw power, and a bit of fibre. Not everyone wants fruit right off, and I believe people should go by their inclinations to some degree. I like nettles a lot, and they are loaded with good stuff. If you like them, add some to the broth to steep, and then strain it all. really good quality nutrition. Here's where worried family could be made to feel like they could really help--by making the broth when you break. That might make then feel more in control, and is a lovely thing.

I was going to suggest (post) awhile ago that people make a good veg. broth and freeze it, for after the water fast--
knowing as I do how much energy it takes to prepare such a broth, just cutting the veg.
Sometimes, when I was water fasting, I'd have good energy, and sometimes, grating carrots say, for my partner's salad, would have me lying down right after. In moments, it's as if one will never have energy or strength again, but that makes it all the more miraculous.

Keep sending yourself good wishes and gratitude, and stay in the light. It's amazing the effects of that.

:-)
