--put your right ankle on your left thigh - this seems to 'push the solution' over and downward.
--switch and put your left ankle on your left thigh - this seems to 'open things up' in the area between the sigmoid and the rectum.
--lean forward, straighten your back and push your feet behind you... as if you were going to slide off the seat onto your knees. But keep your buns on the edge of the seat. By 'stretching' the abdomen instead of sitting all hunched over and bent in the middle, it's amazing how fast the fluid will flow out.
