More than likely once you have held it for the 15-20 minutes, it should only take a few minutes to expel... all of the induced peristalsis should get the 'junk' out of you quickly.. of course every time can be different. I've taken 15-20 minutes to expel everything before.

The only 'explosions' you'll ever have (in that regard) is if you don't expel all of the solution (which is very uncommon).

All I an say right now is WOW! I really didn't expect much the first time but wow! When I examined what came out I thought it was hard lumps of feces but no it was a lot of sludge and some stones as well. I will have to post a pic of something that's I am not sure of. It looks just like the skin of a potato. I have heard of the tomato skin look alike liver flukes but these were just like thin potato skins and one has a hard mass like spot on on side. And what a distinctive odor! I think I am going to get hooked on these! I can't stand the bought of that yuck inside my liver! The first round I retained for 15 minutes but the second round I could only retain for about 5 minutes. I got so nauseated right before expelling! Uny I am hooked!I have such a sense of mental clarity right now and it is such an awesome feeling!

As you're sitting on the commode...

--put your right ankle on your left thigh - this seems to 'push the solution' over and downward.

--switch and put your left ankle on your left thigh - this seems to 'open things up' in the area between the sigmoid and the rectum.

--lean forward, straighten your back and push your feet behind you... as if you were going to slide off the seat onto your knees. But keep your buns on the edge of the seat. By 'stretching' the abdomen instead of sitting all hunched over and bent in the middle, it's amazing how fast the fluid will flow out.
