Just thought I'd throw this out there. The past week or so has really seen the tough detoxing.. but it's been worth it overall.. ONE thing that has REALLY helped me throughout has been rebounding... or just exercise to get me sweating and my heart going. I have felt absolutely horrible and then started my 15 minutes of rebounding a day and felt 100% better just because of the exercise. The symptoms would improve just from that.
Also, the peristalsis and strengthening of the colon from the rebounding is almost like you're very own Intestinal Formula #1 :)... as it has noticeably helped me to go when I felt a bit bound. I pretty much go after every rebounding session.
