Lost Some Weight
I weighed in at 148 soaking wet this morning, which is as low as I've been probably since age 12 or so. But, if I'm not hungry I don't think I should eat, right? In the past I may have gone back to meat eating, thinking I needed it to keep my weight up, but I don't think I will this time. I mean, if I went back to animal proteins just for the reason of putting a few
pounds back on so Ms So & So and others might think they only need to stay 5' away from me vs 15', that would be a poor reason to go back, and most of all, I would not be healing the problem I started out to reverse. I'm going to keep my faith in this program. I do believe it may take me a while to get the results I'm looking for.
I'm waiting for HC to kick in so I can go back on IF1 and soon after IF2. I took 35 mg HC for a couple days, and it immediately stopped the tired, brain fogged feeling I had, but after being hit with *massive* amounts of inhalant pathogens over the weekend, I tended to cut back on HC again and I probably shouldn't have, because that was more stress to my adrenals. Please, let's not get into the how, who, what, or why with the pathogens. It happened again and has happened many times before.
I do think I can get off HC but I'm going to "stress dose" it for now until feeling back to normal again. I'm having poor sleep and tend to have diarrhea from it. It only takes a few days of stress dosing to get things back to normal, and then I plan to go to 10 mg daily and stay at that and hopefully do OK with 1/2 tsp of IF2 5x a day.
I was told my adrenals need HC right now because of my recent chelating, and if this is correct, I should have a better chance of getting off HC this Fall or later, but in the meantime I may as well try to cut back at the speed Uny suggested.

When you said I should do like Dr Schulze says and "stop doing what makes you sick", what in general makes people sick? Is it eating animal proteins every day?
