I've heard very good things about TKO Orange as a cleaning agent from a friend that has a very bad infestation problem. Try to use natural products only. I would not spray the apt. with any chemicals. Morgellons sufferers have problems with toxic overload, so you don't want to make it worse by blasting your environment with chemicals.

You've got to get out of that apt. and yes, I'd leave behind as much as you can.

I was so paranoid about people taking my trash, that I'd wait till the garbage truck was coming up the block and deposit my belongings in the truck myself! If I were you, I'd break any furniture that can't be put in plastic and tear the fabrics so that no one takes your belongings.
