Blocked Fallopian Tube

Thank you for inviting questions.

I just received my ultrasound report - it indicates a polyp and hyrdosalpinx (left side). That must explain all the lower abdominal pain.

I also have been recently diagnosed with splenic flexure syndrome.

I have had/still have endometriosis. And also had a large uterine fibroid removed two years ago.

What would you advise re: clearing this up non-surgically.
The physical pain is pretty bad - and there's the emotional pain of it all.
