Re: A Guide to the Spanish Legal System
Hi Mu-shen,
I'm glad you found the information handy. Here in Australia, I didn't really get the gist of my own legal system until I started my course of study in Law. It has opened my eyes up, not just about my country but countries all over the world and look forward to learning more.
In my experience, legal systems branches out to all types of areas of interest, right down to realising that you dont have to be a politician or be in any position of authority to voice your points of view.
In my view, if we see eachother as equal and that our words are as meaningful and important as the next persons, then I think we can all relate in harmony, resulting in positive solutions.
During my studies, I had to read some current legislation in Australia, in regards to current laws and came across laws that still stand, such as, a taxi driver must ensure they have a spare bale of hay in their boot, as well as making sure that pubs have adequate stable lodging for horses with fresh water and hay. Presently, we no longer have horse and cart, which phased out decades ago, but these laws still stand today.
I had a horse, Milly was her name and I should of rode her to the pub, just to see whether the patrons would of made her feel right at home, then catch a taxi and see whether they had her dinner in the boot. It would of been quite funny.
Regards,
Snooz
