Thank you very much Spud. I appreciate your help. I will look into your suggestions for the tea and I think I will give the Vitex a try. I do have some Maca that I have been taking, but I still have some hormone issues so I'd like to try the Vitex and if it doesn't work maybe I just need to refine my Maca dose.
