Thank you so much! I did the coconut oil last night before bed. I can't believe how much junk is coming out of my nose and eyes. It's good to have it all coming out but it's soooooo GROSS! Anyone know how long it takes to clear the eyes and sinuses completely? Also, any suggestions on the stuff that is draining into the back of the throat? It feels like strings stuck to the back of my throat.
