true well i plan on going to store today to get Dole pineapple juice in the cans, its not concentrate, i heard if you drink one a day for a few weeks in the morning before eating anything, it works really good with worms, and now I am hearing Sesame Oil works realllyyy good for Tapeworm and ascaris!! Im going to buy that too, gotta take it on empty stomach in morning also...
But the DE just worries me because of its name lol like i dont want to eat earth you know!!!
