i've taken humaworm, Clarkia , and DE. The DE for the past 2 months.
It has been the most effective thing thus far and has killed lots of roundworms, nematodes and other strange creatures in my gut.
But alas, they are still coming out, so either it can't keep up or I need to go longer. Some say at least 6 months.
I haven't had any side effects from it and neither has my wife.
I am going to start barefoot's de-wormer tomorrow and may quit the DE for a week to see how the two compare. But DE, I say go for it.

I take it too, but I can't attribute any success directly to it, or at least not just yet. One thing that does seem to kill worms for me is pineapple - it seems to get the quickest results as far as I can tell. All I do is eat an entire pineapple in one sitting then wait and see how they react lol

If you take DE and also eat pineapple, you've got the two most powerful natural "mechanical" dewormers working in tandem :) DE cuts the worms (the silica in it is like tiny shards of glass) and pineapple eats away at them!! :)
