Re: electrolyte balance
Dont worry about the discussions; we are at different levels; those who have been on the
Iodine wagon for years and those who is new, and all those in between.
The protocol we have is not a one fits all I am afraid.
I would actually go for symptoms, your own body telling what to do.
But to get started, you ned the top five in the protocol;iodine, magnesium, selenium, salt, vit c and b. I would have liked to have added boron to the protocol as it balances magnesium, calcium and activates vitamin D. But thats me. These companions help the body to handle
Iodine detox.
Calcium is an antigonist to magnesium, plus most forms served today is in "wrong form"; that is the body has to handle the calcium in addition to everything else
Iodine initiate in the body. I avoid calcium in supplements, especially the calcium carbonicum which is an insoluble variety.
Try supplements without fillers, binders and in the right form; you will know what I mean; they are so much better digested and utilized. If difficult to find, at least take the right form ; magnesium citrate or magnesium, selenium methionine etc.
