Brain fog and yogurt?

I don't know what is going on with me but I swear I am getting worse. I have developed brain fog over the past week along with anxiety which is VERY rare for me. I am kind of doing an anti parasite cleanse, I came off one about a month ago and followed with a liver cleanse. I started back on some herbs out of panic but only a fraction of what I was going before because I didn't want to over do it. I was kind of bad and drank some beers and ate poorly for a few days because I was feeling great. I'm confused on how this can blow this up so quickly though? I stopped all antiparasitic herbs for a while and just did probiotics for about a week. Then I stopped everything when the dieoff became to heavy so I could get my sleep back. For the past week I followed an adrenal fatigue digest but added yogurt about a week ago as well. I had to stop the adrenal fatigue diet because I was becoming too fatigued from the plain diet. My question is, do any of you have any idea of what is going on? Am I experiencing die off or an explosion of my problem?

Symptoms:
- anxiety will increase until I eat in the morning and the evening. Once I eat brain fog and anxiety disappear. But will come back within an hour or two.
- lots of gas...mainly burping.
- crashing when I get home from work.
- slight relief after bowel movement
- sleeping problems
- rectal itching off and on
- in and out of fatigue throughout the day

I already realize I have adrenal fatigue....I just don't want to be adding to the problem.
