I am at Day 10 of my water fast. I wanted to know if I should keep going. This is the first time I have reached this number of days without food. I am 5'6'' and a half 21 year old male and currently weigh under 108 1/2 lbs. I wanted to go all the way to Day 30. Is it healthy to keep on going? Or should I end it, gain fat reserves, and go at it another day?
I am being pressured by family members to stop it because I am starting to look emaciated.
Also, any recommendation to the transition phase back to food for now or in the future? Oatmeal? Juice? Whatever?
