Re: End of Day 8, Need Some Advice

Hi T2,

To answer a couple of your questions:

"What was your nutrient status before you started? If you were eating a well balanced diet you can probably assume you are okay. Have you been exercising heavily or are you under lots of stress and or interruptions?"

Most definitely not healthy. Fast food, eating at all times of the day (no schedule, meaning) - just plain bad. Also, no stress and no exercise - I've just been resting.

I mean I have done a few fasts before - three or four (?) of the Master Cleanses, but never a full-on Water Fast such as this.

"How are you now? Has that stomach sensation faded?"

Nope, still hungry. My stomach actually growled while I was typing this. Not sure what in the world that could possibly mean.

Do you think this is something of concern? Should I stop the fast? I am feeling (thankfully) no throat sensations what so ever. A slightly warm head and at a times, maybe a -very- slight headache, but the biggest thing is the hunger. Could this possibly be related to food that has yet to be eliminated?

Your thoughts are truly appreciated. Yours, too, ALB. Thanks for the help. :)

p.s. Forgot to add: It's not continuous - it actually settles at times (as in, I feel nothing - no discomfort, hunger, etc), but it feels as if the majority of the time, those sensations -are- there.

p.p.s. Feel kinda nauseous at times, too. Though none of the aforementioned symptoms are overwhelming.
