Re: frequent flush question and Post flush raw juice recipes anyone?

I used colonix which is a Bowel Cleanse and a parasite cleanse at the same time then did my first gallbladder cleanse after 30 days on colonix continued colonix for another 30 days with a gallbladder cleanse in the middle and one at the end of another 30 days now I am juicing approx 80% of my diet and eating 10% raw and 10% cooked. juicing continues an all body cleanse.
