Kat, do your individual states, have much say in how they run things? Most infrastructure, and local government issues, are taken care of by the individual states, in Aus, and the federal government, is sort of an overseer. The state premiers have quite a bit of power, and in my state, we have some very good local members of parliament, who actually work for the interests of their constituents, in country areas, where I live, this is very important, otherwise we would have no voice in our government.
New England is very pretty I hear, lots of beautiful autumn colour.
