I"m on it as well. I am not sure if it is helping or not, but the reviews were so good. It proves that it will colonize. There is another product that you could compare - It's Renew Life Vaginal critical care. It's got 50 billion, and a ton of strains guaranteed to make it to the vaginal area. Look into both products.
