Re: liponano c or isocort

I think you should wait on the isocort at least until you get your saliva results back and also until you've tried some other supplements and modes of healing.

I've read things about how vitamin c is not supposed to be fat soluable and so I don't suggest liponano c in general, but if you'd like to try the other Lam C, I think that Quantum is a good product and I notice a big difference in how I feel between most generic vitamin C's and Quantum. One down side to it, is that it contains ascorbic acid which can be irritating to tissues in sensitive people. Besides that, I think that some of the other additional ingredients have been very helpful with my fatigue, brain fog and pressure, light sensitivity and blood sugar. I don't suggest high doses though. For me 1,000mg spread out over the course of the day has been perfect.

Otherwise, if you tollerate juice, I've noticed a good energy increase the couple of times that I've juiced parsely recently and it is very high in natural vit c, which I think is a better choice over synthetic in
general.

I think it's really important to supplement minerals as well. Definitely magnesium and calcium. Also, do you take any Sea Salt ? That might be of benefit to you.
