Please avoid taking any pharmaceutical drugs for your depression... we spend so much time looking for answers on the outside we forget to look inwards into our deeper selves. The only way to do this is through yoga... please give yoga a chance... Its helped me through so many hardships and I always come out stronger. Yoga along with the Pranayama (breathing) exercises will aleviate your depression... please give it a try, you must practice at least 4 times a week, you will blossom into a new person and will find happiness within yourself. I guarantee it.
