In any case, I agree. While Calcium is over pushed and in many foods, it can get too low when you cut alot of foods out (like dairy) due to sensitivity.
Unfortunately while trying to get better we load ourselves with Magnesium (which I am NOT knocking, magnesium is still in my top 3 supplements) however it needs to be used carefully if you have Candida problems, and taking it with Calcium seems extremely important and very often overlooked.
Another thing to look for is Boron levels (a hair mineral test can help you find levels). I have recently met another person (I've met a few) with Candida and low Boron (which is required for balancing and using Magnesium and Calcium).
