I have AWFUL die-off from zinc &/or i cant tolerate it. So i feel your pain. The 5:1 cal/mag that im taking at night is allowing me to have the best sleep ever! So far ive felt like i'd been overdosing on magnesium( Epsom Salt bath, mag chloride, mag citrate, etc.) with virtually no calcium. I'm beginning to believe in balance and im trying to keep my mind off the ULTIMATE PRODUCT or ULTIMATE CURE. I think from a cal/mag stand point its best to keep calcium on the high side, even though mag is extremely important too. Some studies ive seen is that when calcium levels are high in a hair analysis for example it doesnt mean that your body is high in calcium, it means that the calcium you have is bio-unavailable to your body and you need more calcium not less.
