TSH is how much thryoid hormone your pituitary is putting out to try and make up for what your thyroid isnt. If you TSH is abnormal than you have hypo regardless of what your T3 or T4 says because that means that your not making enough hormone for your body even i it is in the normal range. I was also anemic the last time I was tested. Most people with hypo probably are.
