do you have any tricks up your sleeves for helping clear Liver/stones that you have had good results with?

I am feeling really blocked up in my liver/GB

I kinda feel like the Iodine pushed me into doing Liver Flushes because last fall I started getting a lot of pressure in my GB area and kidneys and I had to do something

my stools were very light colored and my digestion was worse
and my skin was so dry

pressure had been better until this past week
