Re: 3 years on iodine
I wonder this too.....
and I can share from getting to talk to Dr. Brownstein here in Boulder almost 3 years ago that he monitored his bromide closely and it was low before iodine, it spike high once he started and stayed high for 4 years before it dropped back down. He took 50mg of Iodoral daily......and he still does as far as I know. If I remember what he told me he said he did a bunch of mitigation in his personal environment. But of course I think there are a lot of sources we don't know about. He mentions in his videos at the Vitamin C foundation site that there are millions of
pounds of Bromide sprayed on veggies in california every year. And he wasn't sure if organic allowed for bromide or not.....I wouldn't think so, but.....
my sense is from talking with him and what we all learn here is that unless you have some pretty high level regular exposure sources, like a hot tub, or in the food or drink we can get to the other side.
I am not sure if anyone else here is testing besides me, I am going to collect a sample tomorrow for my fourth bromide level test. It has gone up each time, and to be fair the level of
Iodine I was taking the last time was higher than previous.
but of course symptomatically it sounds like several of the long time folks here have gotten to the other side.
