Did not like psyllium- made me very bloated. Seems like people that have dysbiosis psyllium causes more bloating than regularity. Dont like the texture of psyllium gummy, kind of slimy substance---rather do pumpkin seeds--better fiber .
DE=has diatoms crystalline stuctures which can irritate the gut in the long run and cause the intestines to produce mucus. DE is good occasionally if you cheat with sugar or bad fats. The DE helps absorb bad fats and helps prevent the candida form going out of contol if you eat sugar. Yes- it can make you cold after ingesting it. I think it draws (sodium)/minerals out of your body/somehow lowers your blood pressure making you cold.
