The "official" dosage is 1/4 of a level teaspoon for men and 1/8 for women and kids. Taken with 1 liter of water during the day.

What I have done lately is to fill 1/3 (kids) to 1/2 (adults) capsule (the big ones,00) and take it with some ascorbic acid, either in the capsules or one gram vit c capsule in addition. This because I wanted to simplicify the procedure, and not interfere with digestion.
With one big glass of water, downed before bedtime.

The smaller kids that cant take capsules dissolve the same amount in one tablespoon of warm water, then fill up the glass with juice of some kind, taken together with the Iodine for the day.

I ordered borax from Mountainroseherb, as I wanted one I could recommend over there. No nausea or other bad reactions I know of with this one.
Would be very interesting if one or more of the veterans could try it and see if there is an additional benefit to the protocol. My burning tongue is gone, also the sensation of everything is to sour, no Acne even if I took a load of Iodine the last two days. A little eye twisting left thats all.
