If you are new to this whole topic and would like a good overview of anticandida programs, a good first step is to go to your library and check out a few books on the topic. Most cities that I've lived in in the US have had at least a few books on the topic. That's a quick, free way to get familiar with some of the basic concepts.
Then from there take a look at the "R" messages in this Candida Forum (the "All R" link is at the top of the screen.) Some of those will have success stories to give you more ideas.
No one can do every approach, but start reading to get to the point where you can start to choose what approach you'd like to try.
